What is in a care package?
The contents of a care package will vary but some examples of items that may be included in a care package might include:
- Non-perishable foods including soup, mac ‘n cheese, tuna, canned meals, individual canned fruit, canned vegetables, juice, breakfast bars, crackers, cereal, peanut butter, jelly
- Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap/body wash, tampons, shave cream, razors, toothpaste/brush
- Bath towels, washcloths
- Gift cards
- Movie admission tickets
- DVDs/CDs
- Notes of encouragement
