Jonathan Solomons became President & CEO of Baptist Children’s Services and Tabor Children’s Services in July 2013. Prior to his current position, Mr. Solomons was the Chief Financial Officer of NorthEast Treatment Centers for thirteen years. While at NET, Mr. Solomons helped implement CUA 1 by developing the budget that became part of the first executed CUA contract between NET and DHS. He also played a major role in determining the amount and method of payment implemented for for foster care subcontractors. Prior to NET, Mr. Solomons was the first Chief Financial Officer for Community Behavioral Health and created its finance, provider relations and claims divisions. Mr. Solomons also worked for several years at Independence Blue Cross and Aetna where he implemented capitation arrangements with a major hospital system and several ancillary providers.
